      - Colleagues and team in SF office were awesome - Office in Mission was nice - Technology was forward at the time, lots of room to be creative and advance Augmented Reality technology

      - Structure / support for junior members of the team were not there - Opportunity growth lacking

      Pros

      lots of great individuals and small teams great technology super lax it feels like a family when things are good

      Cons

      super lax -- including things that would be considered sexual harassment anywhere else some of the management liked to take all credit for big successes-- some had no experience managing it was super obvious and frustrating the problem with families, is they take you for granted and attack your personal life, and they had no problem doing that
