Pros
I enjoy being able to work independently and see all kinds of patients and I like the hours
Cons
I work part-time with almost full time hours and do not receive any benefits with as busy as we can be, I do not understand why I do not qualify for benefits. I can easily find a full time job elsewhere

Cons
Working here is challenging due to the practice manager's lack of effective leadership. She tends to micromanage and retaliates against those who voice concerns. The office environment is toxic and poorly managed. It's best to seek opportunities elsewhere.
