      Reasonable company, mixed staff, pay not fantastic.

      Pros

      Pay on time, well organised, great client, understanding supportive management.

      Cons

      Irresponsible and borderline negligent employees who treated the work as voluntary. Clients often left in their chair, very little in the way of understanding, many worker spoke to clients as though they were pestulent children and not adults with clear and diagnosed mental disabilities.

      mirus have made the commitment to being a real living wage employer. We've increased our salaries as of the 1st April 2023 to reflect this. Also, we recognised the challenge of the cost of living crisis and gave all employees a bonus in March. Thank you for your review, it's really beneficial

      Hires at a "probation level pay" with promise for raise after proven work

      Pros

      Interesting, intricate work. One of the more technical positions.

      Cons

      Management is always shifting. Lots of tunraround. Promised a increase after 90 days. 6 months in and after several reminders I finally cut my losses......only to have HR call me and tell me after I left that they were "just about to process my raise"

      Training is abysmal. Management are very unsupportive. Felt like management had favouritism based on who could cover shifts
