Good work life balance (serious 8.5 hours shift, restricted to 9-5 schedule strictly), good pay and perquisites for some very ordinary deliverables. THAT IS IT!!!!!

Myopic business leadership team, business growth stagnated with lot of intense competition characterised by an Industry plagued with cut throat price war, personal interests of leadership prevails over business interests of the organization, limited opportunities to imbibe global standards and practices such as SAP, SAS OR ANY DATA ANALYTICS SKILLS, extremely vague appraisal policies with haywire rating system, highly debatable HR policies and practices, extreme lobbying and polarization characterized business decision making processes, personal interests of current CMD prevails over ORGANIZATIONAL Policies, ad hoc arrangement of roles and job titles stagnates expertise development and skill building exercises, financially NOT DOING WELL OVER THE Last three FY'S, QUESTIONS OVER STABILITY AND BUSINESS SUSTAINABILITY.
