HOD exemplifies admirable leadership qualities, serving as a valuable source of learning. Working under his esteemed guidance was indeed a privilege. His integrity, vision, and passion consistently inspired me, urging me to pursue excellence in all my pursuits. Additionally, my teammates and colleagues were wonderful individuals, creating numerous cherished memories. Though salary was low, my time at mm2 was a fulfilling and joyful journey :)
Cons
The salary offered is disproportionately low considering the current economic inflation. Moreover, the prevalence of nepotism within the organization is concerning, particularly when individuals who are closely connected to management receive nearly identical compensation despite contributing minimal effort or output.
