      Pros

      Decent pay, sometimes. Easy work.

      Cons

      HR is a mess. The owners have their hands in everything and constantly violate labor laws, then blame you and change the rules every time you bring labor codes to support your point. Expect you to be available 24/7, even texting late at night.

      Pros

      Working remote was the only real benefit.

      Cons

      Low pay, nepotism, poor upper management. Decisions were made with little to no notice. You only get a salary that matches cost of living if you're their friend. Do not expect the company or owners to actually care about you.

      It was a fun work environment with great coworkers. Had the opportunity to wear many hats and learn all aspects of running a business.

      Very little upward movement to progress.
