Pros

- Pays reasonably well (you need to stay to reap the rewards) - Good office, comparable with other established tech companies - Good crowd of employees as colleagues - Incredible product

Cons

- average to poor leadership from c-suite; lack of clear or concise goals for the potential of the company. - lack of progression visibility, very clique and inner circle focused. - Very male dominant - Sales are very short-sighted focus and targets are not realistic; hence most people do not meet targets - Territory and allocation can be moved and changed if you are in the right circle - Still a bit of a cowboy town; it's a "start-up culture" for everything - it seems everyone who left was due to “performance issue” - very boys sports room talk; also no psychological safety to speak up. - very transactional employee-employer relationship. - Not inspirational but more of a carrot and stick.

Pros

There are some genuine people in this company that you will grow and love to work with. They have hired some incredibly friendly people! Great product, super easy to use and very intuitive - is versatile enough to even use for personal things. Lots of tech so you’ve got ease of life to match with the demanding tasks Super fast paced and sets you up for success for other businesses (read cons for explanation) Amazing benefits; health insurance, meals in the office and other perks that you’d expect from a High Tech company! Good stocks, however market volatility is incredibly unpredictable and competition is starting to pick up its pace Awesome parties and events, happens fairly frequently as well!

Cons

Management lacks direction in APAC, young managers and frequent restructures means your progress will vary - sometimes non existent. They love to hire “experienced” people and they leave as quickly as they come - don’t expect to move up since they’d rather add additional headcount than promoting you for the regional offices. You can be an overachiever and your manager will not know how to present you or no longer be eligible for the next role since that function doesn’t exist… Inconsistent targets, goal posts move all the time (sometimes adding new ones that never existed) - even if you hit your targets you’re not there. Do not work in a new function in the regional offices, you will get shifted around and then move you to another position (that may not suit you) if their experiment fails. Pay structure is very inconsistent because of this, you never know if you ever get your bonus, you will need to raise it if you are achieving your previous goals and if they move the goalpost again. ^All issues of being a super fast paced company If you have ideas or you know how to make an impact, most of the time it falls on deaf ears in the regional office. Culture is amazing and bad at the same time, amazingly friendly but there are always hidden agendas. A lot of the genuine people have left and the turnover is getting higher. Be careful with HR, once you raise an issue, you’re categorised and you never know if they will help or make it harder for you - hit and miss for knowing the working rights in Australia. Fairly low attendance in the office even with the free food, you can probably tell why…

Pros

- The product is amazing. People like using it. Theres a huge opportunity. It’s easy to sell - Many of the people are great. Generally the culture is supportive and fun - Work-life balance within region is good - Progression being made in terms of company benefits etc

Cons

- Poor leadership. “You’re either with me or against me” is how this region operates - HQ is in Israel. Differences in working culture are a challenge day to day, and most leadership have come up within monday, so have no other perspectives. - Transparency on pay. Bonus component at the discretion of the manager, with no proper explanation. Banding non existent - People team. No understanding of regional employment laws; causing major issues for multiple employees
