      Good secure order book so job should be secure

      Cons

      Poor management, you have to write your job clockings in a book. No factory system. No sick pay for anyone unless you have been there for 20 years or are a senior manager. General lack of production expertise. Go in with your eyes open

      This is a good company to work for, the staff are nice, the atmosphere is good, the working conditions are good, money and working hours are good
