Pros
- You are truly the owner of your scope. You're empowered to drive your topics and make the final call. - Great set of company values that are actually used to guide us to the right direction. - Colleagues treat each other with authenticity. You can be vulnerable, you're given the space to 'make mistakes' and learn, and people are very supportive. - For a company of 40 people, we have a very diverse team.
Cons
We have some growing pains from being successful and a bit complacent, to now having to build our capacity to keep winning in an increasingly competitive market.
