      Pros

      This company has excellent culture, flexible working hours and great employee benefits. The office is comfortable and everyone is very friendly.

      Cons

      None that I've known except that there are a lot of competition in this area. Very niche product and hard to penetrate into the mass market.

      Pros

      It is certainly where realities and fundamentals are more valued and feedback is considered honestly, that's where you are heard and your views are discussed.

      Cons

      Not much beyond a single product, all toiling towards it while creativity has bitten to dust. Definitely not a hot and happening place, being a veteran in the field, legacy problems haunt it lot than finding a way out.

      Pros

      A diverse place with people from many different cultures and backgrounds. Flexible and open channel to management. Some members of the management are genuinely nice people. Easy to gain recognition for a job well-done. Many bright and hardworking employees make it a competent company.

      Cons

      For a consumer software company, muvee is still very much driven by an engineering mindset. The emphasis on both product and visual design is also lacking. At one point in time, muvee's entire creative department was either fired or left the company. It has also continuously failed to hire great designers in its 7 years of operation.
