While there were some positives, there were also some challenges. One of the biggest issues was the slow pace of work, which often made it difficult to feel motivated and productive. Additionally, the culture at the company could be improved - there was a lack of communication and teamwork, which sometimes made it challenging to collaborate effectively with others. Another challenge was the lack of focus within the company. There were so many different projects and initiatives happening at once that it was sometimes difficult to prioritize and stay on track. However, I did appreciate the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks and projects, which helped me develop my skills in different areas. Overall, while there were certainly some challenges, I believe that with some improvements to the culture and focus of the company, it has the potential to be a great place to work.
