Pros

My529 is a good company to work for. They are very steady and traditional in their processes and efforts. The benefits package plus work form home flexibility makes for a good work life balance.

Cons

The company is small so growth opportunities are very limited.

A new culture

Pros

Lots of talented and amazing people. The culture ha shifted since the bad reviews of 2019. Employees feel more valued and are more involved. Micromanagement has gone away. Salaries are competitive and the benefits are very good. Turnover is substantially lower.

Cons

It is a small organization so the opportunities for growth are limited. The company is willing to invest in employees, but employees need to take some initiative and want to improve their skills and training.

Pros

Decent pay, fantastic benefits through the University of Utah, smart & caring co-workers, and a very flexible hybrid work model.

Cons

It can be hard to move up due to a lack of higher positions, but there are many opportunities for additional education/training if you seek it out.
