Pros

Really really good people. Get the opportunity to do a lot of different tasks, so it's good for early career people to see where they can fit and what path they want to take. Working for one of the remote teams especially is pretty nice.

Cons

Chaotic leadership. Strategy seemed to be dictated more by the most recent grant application or the CEO's latest great idea than a consistent plan. The company couldn't decide if it wanted to be a company or an NGO, but it seems that's changed recently. Real yes-man culture in some places, especially in the Senegal offices, where there's lots of pressure to meet unrealistic expectations while also following abrupt changes in direction.
