      Pros

      Great teammates who go above and beyond to help, fostering a supportive work environment from your coworkers.

      Cons

      The company used to feel like a small, close team where everyone worked together. But over time, new leaders came in, and it turned into a more top-down structure with a lot of micromanagement. This has made it harder for employees to feel heard and has led to a lot of people leaving.

      Work. Life. Balance

      Pros

      This company exceeds the expectation of work life balance. I work with people who trust each other to get their done but also trust each other to take on our tasks while out sick, on vacation, or just taking a mental health break. I've been here for a couple years now and the learning has not stopped nor do I see it stopping any time soon.
