      There are no pros about the Intake Coordinator job.

      Cons

      Don't apply for the Intake Coordinator job here. The department is run like a prison. And during our three-week training our trainer kept threatening us with being fired. Not a department you want to be in.

      Cons

      No work-life balance. Lack of knowledge and leadership concerning healthcare business. Gossip and rumors and lack of leadership leads to bad work environment. No work-at-home options even if promised. Lack of trust for leadership.
