Amazing colleagues with a great mission. There is a lot of opportunity for growth and learning depending on what you're interested in and a fairly flat structure.

Cons

It's a fast moving company, so sometimes it can be a bit overwhelming with processes that are not always super smoothe. But there is a lot of work towards improving this!
