Pros

A few colleagues were nice people.

Cons

Everything else. No good salary, CEO is the rude many a timesao much so that rudeness is considered normal. Product is not good and the codebase are in even worse form. The upper management lives off of intimidating employees.

Pros

A snack room. Seriously smart people to work and learn from.

Cons

Almost everything. The working culture is beyond toxic, the on-boarding (as echoed by current employees) is completely non-existent, and the management itself is pretty chaotic (at best). Next to no opportunity to learn and grow, and many team members work extra hours just to make their sprint commitments.

We would encourage anyone interested in learning more about n.io to reach out to us directly and assess our environment and track record through conversation and spending time with our team. Drop us a line, stop by the office, say hi at a meetup, we're always willing to chat. Additionally, we are transparent in everything we do, and feel open communication about circumstance regarding specific reviews is appropriate in some cases.

Pros

Leadership means well, there is a strong desire to make some type of change in the IoT business. Free parking.

Cons

Disorganized leadership with a rough personality edge. No standards for production quality, strong focus on simply building out a feature as quickly as possible, while simultaneously wasting cycles on excess design cycles on features prior to them being prototyped.
