Great culture with smart and tech forward leadership. A team that is focused on delivering solutions to law firms that will help them in their day-to-day. There is absolutely no micro-managing to speak of, leadership always takes the time to connect and listen to anything you have to say without fear of retaliation. I was thrilled to join the team and have never, not once, regretted joining - I could have gone anywhere given my tenor and reach in the space, but I know a good company, with a solid product and some pretty amazing people, and leadership when I see it. I’ve been in toxic spaces before and nQ Zebraworks is about the farthest environment from toxic as it gets. I truly enjoy my day, my team, and educating firms leaders on how we can help them with our best in class solutions. Would HIGHLY recommend.
