Cons
Management is so disconnected from employees and they have no idea what we do. They have no idea how unhappy employees are and how frequently discussions occur about this behind the scenes. No one even wants to know our level of happiness. We feel like we are owned and leased out as a commodity to our client and are not made to feel valued by the ones we make money for. Our clients treat us much better than our own employer does. Pay is embarrassing and really cheap. Expect no raises and no praises! Rare interactions/check up office visits feel superficial as they fail to connect with employees with any quality. High turn over because people learn quickly there are better choices to go to.
Interesting services delivered to exciting legal industry
Cons
Poor management follow through, lack of standards, unstable client contracts, lack of new business and growth, management does not value employees, horrible compensation, total lack of transparency from COO
