Pros
Good people, good benefits, flexibility and genuinely a place to make friends. Managers trusted staff and rewarded good performance with a range of rewards.
Cons
All businesses have some cons. I enjoyed my time at nVision and still catch up with ex colleagues.

Great company to work for. They reacted you with respect and definitely different to other recruitment agencies. A great culture - everyone becomes friends. The company takes everyone on a yearly trip.
Cons
Can’t think of any - a very good place to work. I left the company to get out of recruitment.
