There's a culture at Nexgen that, for some reason, supports lying to customers.
It made me very uncomfortable -- I was often unable to provide answers to our customers because I didn't want to contradict my boss by telling the truth.
Things came to a close when I realized that I was being lied to in the same way. Promises for travel, advancement, and training never materialized.
Other cons: pressure to work nights and weekends, poor 401k matching.
