Work-life balance is on point. They are flexible, casual in a good way, good benefits, decent salary. Lots of learning opportunities.

Cons

Crazy deadlines. They say yes to everything the client asks. They are always afraid of losing clients.

I like working with a smart team and with renowned brands. The pandemic has brought the best of NM+U to the forefront. We have pulled through with the dedication of the team and the loyalty of clients that have come to appreciate us as a partner. It has been challenging but I am proud to be part of this team. We have had the flexibility and support needed to adapt to new working conditions and manage work and personal life. Other reviewers have said "not what I expected." If your expectations are anything other than working under high expectations and learning to understand and think on behalf of clients that will challenge you and expect the best of you every day then perhaps this is not a place for you.

Cons

The pace is not for everyone.
