There is a complete lack of transparency and accountability regarding the company's financial health. Promises of "payment by next week" are routinely broken, causing significant financial hardship for the team.

      Pros

      Ample PTO Comradery was good; employees tended to be friendly to others within the office space. The industry is interesting to learn about and fascinating.

      Cons

      The CEO lacks integrity and positive morality. Delayed salaries come with too many excuses and create an unsafe and nightmarish environment. Salary delays of 3-6 months are very concerning and lead to a toxic environment. Project management is an absolute mess. There is no accountability for missed or unreasonable project deadlines. The organization is fully disorganized; not a single person at the business can tell you where anything or anyone is at any time.
