Supportive staff Understanding and helpful seniors Good policies Strongly binded team and caring too for freshers Good amount of leaves, apart from yearly casual and sick leaves they also have the system of 2 short leaves every month which is quite attractive and satisfactory. Short leave is of 2 hours that you can take twice a month. Amazing fun activities and bonding with each other is quite strong It's like a family Job security is a strong point Personal development of employees is their strong focus which is a good thing Every festival is celebrates with atmost excitement and energy
Cons
Trainings are based on self learning but they give ample amount of time for you to learn but their is no one to teach you properly and suddenly you are put into projects which you have a hard time to understand and receive less help on that part Salaries are not given on time... It can vary from 2-4th of every month when it should be 1st of each month HR's Miscommunication causes problems sometimes Saturdays are working unlike other IT companies today. Although there are fun activity or seminars or yoga and self development sessions for 1-2 hrs on Saturdays but for the remaining time you have to work Work often extends after the sign off hours
