All of those good reviews from Feb. 2014 are fake. I worked there in early-mid 2014 and all of those people had either been fired by the time I got there, or those were written by management, because there were only about five of us working there. On my second day they fired 25% of the staff, so the whole time I was there I was worried I was going to get fired due to some random restructuring which they seem to do every couple of years.

CEO is misguided and doesn't have much sense for the future vision of his company. Places like ON24 are a far superior platform and a much better culture fit if you're looking for employment in California. He moved his company out here and doesn't quite understand that you can't treat employees like a punching bag and expect them to stick around. Don't plan on using any of your promised vacation time either. The team is too small and busy putting out fires for anyone to take a vacation.
