Pros
- Very good offices, facilities, flex-time. - You will have ways for education, either through internal learning platform or through external trainings - rarely need to stay overtime at work - bonus opportunity - very good for starters and professionals that want to learn
Cons
- the company does not keep up with other companies in salaries - Churning of competent professionals. Looks like the company cannot keep them. - Career growth is limited - Part of a larger group, dependent on external decisions - organizational matrix based on silos of systems
