Great office spaces and ability to develop experience in multiple departments.

Cons

Very badly managed with poor holiday and time-off organisation. Staff are expected to work every weekend, and managers do not listen to employee concerns.

Everyone at the company is very friendly.

Cons

The company was top heavy when they needed more guest facing employees. Managers and directors were promoted or hired instead of addressing the burnout of those in customer facing roles. The salary is lower compared to the amount of work (energy) expected. Leadership appears to be apathetic to the workplace culture.
