Insurance was good, monthly perks, great learning atmosphere that I was able to use out in the real world.

Cons

In the start was with great managers until it changed. The new managers where low key racists, I was not hired to write essays but was let go to a grammatical error on an email. As I read emails those managers had sent they had many incorrectly used words, some with wrongly used spelling.

I was worked at optionsXpress when it was an early stage, internet start-up as well as after it was acquired by a large corporation. Each environment differed significantly from one another. I was fortunate to have experienced both and witnessed the different approaches each employed and which were most successful in certain instances and which were more successful in others.

Cons

The maverick spirit is no longer present.
