Teamwork, entrepreneurship, and hard work are valued highly. Great organizational and HR policies. Amazingly smart and friendly coworkers in every department. Wonderful continuing education and training programs.

Cons

Expectations of long working hours are one of the only downsides. Now that oX merged with Charles Schwab, might have different experience.

Pros

The people that you work with are definitely one of the highlights, but everyday, you learn something new, there is never a dull moment. One of the most rewarding companies to do trading with, you would never think it, but when you accomplish something, you are praised and always get feedback.

Cons

There really are not any downsides of working here. Sometimes if it's slow, you just have to find something else to do. Definitely must be a self-starter.
