      Boring projects, no opportunity for career growth, old product, no synergy in the tech department, tech team is isolated from the rest of the company, high attrition rate

      As others have mentioned isolated and undervalued tech team; management acts as if everything is OK rather than addressing problems; lots of old legacy systems broken beyond repair

We are sorry that you felt undervalued and isolated during your time at orderbird which might also be connected to the covid-19 pandemic in 2021, where we were faced with a lot of challenges as a company.
