Pros

Fro Yo Friday and PopCorn Tuesday, co-workers

Cons

24/7 surveillance by camera and audio - lack of trust, no direction, no support, ZERO appreciation for anything. LOW pay.

Pros

There are some good people.

Pros

Better than having no income.

Cons

Do not listen to the couple of good reviews. The employees were likely asked by management to write them. Just like we were “asked” (told) to write 5-star product reviews for our own products. Yep. Now, on to my review… Don’t say I didn’t warn you. NO VACAY OR SICK DAYS You do not receive ANY paid vacation or sick days during your entire first year on the job. Nothing. Not even for Covid vaccine recovery. POOR COVID PRACTICES Starting in summer of 2020, employees were back working in the office in the middle of Covid. Every job, except for the two people in the warehouse, could be done remotely. Someone even got Covid and there was no deep cleaning of the office or blanket mandatory rapid tests (which would have been one way to help protect us without disclosing who got sick). Masks were not required and visitors frequently came in without masks. LOWBALL PAY The pay is quite low. You may get a better deal if you negotiate, but it isn’t guaranteed. NO FORMAL IT and NO HR BAD MANAGEMENT Flippant attitudes or pure cluelessness - NO in between. SCHEDULE WOES The owners allow employees to set their own schedule, to a degree. While this sounds good, most employees choose to work a very early shift. That means employees who choose a later shift have to answer the phone and also work while the office is being cleaned around them. Oftentimes, the floor was wet with bleach because the office was being cleaned for the day, and it was barely 4:30 pm. The owners also allow the front desk customer service person to work an extremely early shift. This means that people left in the office after 3 pm are responsible for answering the company phone. IMO, front desk customer service should be available during normal business hours. SICK? LOL. They are extremely inflexible and unaccommodating of illnesses. Even illnesses you have documented proof of from a doctor. Even Covid vaccination recovery. WHERE DID THEY GO? Turnover is extremely high, whether people quit or are fired, and management is secretive about why they are gone. There is no transparency. About anything.
