Do yourself a favor and don't join a company that uses a proprietary tech stack from the mid 90s. There's bare minimum documentation and no standardized CI/CD practice.
I would also echo what everyone else has said here. Additionally, I'll add that they don't have the resources nor the motives to invest in their employees so that they can grow, which mostly stems from lack of self confidence by the CTO running the company. Go work for any other company, but not pVelocity for the sake of your own sanity and professional outlook.
