If you live in Barrie, it is better then commuting to TO

Guidance from management is limited by inexperience. Senior employees have lots of bad habits Expect to work OT and not get paid.

Great people and great teams. Interesting and challenging projects

Low pay. Promise of bonus but no delivery as I came into a failing project

The work/life balance of great! They value you as a whole. They have a games room, ping pong tournaments and special events.

Cons

Salary is a little lower than Toronto but the balance pays off.
