Pros
My experience with them was so bad, i honestly cannot think of one apart from the people i met there sparing the CEO.
Cons
Micro management. Threatened me during my review claiming they had 600 resumes for my job role. I quit 10 days later since they have so many and they didnt need me to add value. Dangles the carrot of free food during interviews, don't fall for it, it's a trap. Boasts about hybrid culture, but expects you to come to office everyday despite you having a genuine reason. Pokes at the reason for a leave request ( context: i lost my aunt earlier this year, the management thought this was a lie, and was later used as a jibe during my performance reviews) Their oldest working employee is 6 months old in the org, this should paint a pretty picture.
