The teams had a great culture before the new CEO decided to step in. The work was challenging, but rewarding.
Cons
The new CEO, Lisa, decided after several months to finally get involved and the company immediately took a nosedive. We have several team members leave after may years because it became an immensely toxic work environment. New hires would quit after a week citing "ethical differences". Employees would be celebrated for their top earning status at the company and then be placed on PIP's and told they were being paid more than they were worth when they asked for a raise. It got so severe that we had an teammate who was one of our best and had worked there for over 5 years take a week long break because she had a mental breakdown from the abuse management was pushing. We lost over half of our teams in just a few short months, but Lisa refused to see how she was directly responsible, and downright cruel to the people that were the backbone of the company she stepped into. I personally had the CEO tell me that she believed that everyone in CS, and account management was "stealing" from her because they were not making the number of OB calls per day that she wanted despite the fact that it should never have been their jobs to make OB calls as we have a dedicated OB sales team that she refused to expand because underpaying the already over worked CS teams was a cheaper option. She went so far as to say that we should feel grateful because she could easily replace us with a team from the Philippines for "pennies on the dollar".
