Hr's Doesn't have any role in Powerplay. They are only hired to share you mails, collect details nothing else, they won't even ask why were you fired and stuff. They will share mails.
There is no tenure period in this company since they may fire you in the first month itself so you don't have to worry about that.
Appraisal is the most awesome thing here, there is nothing like that which exist in this company, they have many reasons to make you believe ourselves that we are not fit for appraisals. That is not there in this company, while hiring they will just boast, even if your results are not been seen as numbers, if you are putting efforts we will surely consider the effort and we may also double your salary within two months, But the truth is that is just a FUGAZYI which doesn't exist.
