      Pros

      Some great employees there who honestly care about the company. If you are into surfing or rock climbing, you will fit in well. Quite a few company events.

      Cons

      Quite a few unsatisfied employees working there. Lots of hardworking people who will unfortunately go nowhere if they stay. Too many directors. Fear of making decisions without "approval" because of director backlash. I respect a director who has enough courage to sit down face to face when there is an issue, not one who hides behind her monitor and sends passive aggressive emails, or even worse asks an employee in the department to confront another employee about something she saw.

      Pros

      Fun, social culture. It is a great place to work if you enjoy socializing, celebrating and practicing a healthy lifestyle.

      Cons

      Too many chiefs, not enough Indians. We are so busy hiring executives and ignoring the workers that people are stressed out about work load, and not meeting the unreasonable expectations.
