This is the first place I've worked in a long time where it feels like we can really do what we're setting out to do. No big speeches followed by half-baked activity, there's real ambition here and the resources you need to reach the goals we've set. It feels like everyone on the team here genuinely wants to do a great job and get better, and problems aren't ignored until they're too big to solve anymore- something I've seen in plenty of other jobs. No office politics or clicky dynamics! Management really want you to be ambitious and keep growing. I came here from an agency job because I wanted to focus on doing excellent work for one business instead of juggling lots of accounts. I've been given the platform to do that and the support to develop my skills. We're really well looked after in terms of perks, with snacks always available in the kitchen and cool extras like food trucks, a really good Christmas hamper from the company and more wellbeing-focused stuff across the year.

This company has one of the best cultures I’ve experienced. People are valued here and you can tell they listen to employee feedback. The perks are great too! We get flexible hours and the option to work from home, plus regular fun team events and activities like street food days, office massages, and free ice cream all summer! It's an exciting time to be part of the team, and there are so many opportunities to grow and develop with the company.
