      Pros

      Some good people but not worth the mental stress

      Cons

      Management ridicules staff behind their back. Terrible back stabbing personalities. Management makes fun of their own CEO. Benefits that you have to pay for, and that barely cover treatment and meds. Pay is minimal to the point that some managers have second jobs. Terrible place to work. Turnover is ridiculous..

      Pros

      Busy environment, management relinquishes control to staff under them and allows you to take ownership of your own initiatives, and office staff is generally pretty friendly.

      Cons

      Very low pay for a high amount of responsibility, while management is in meetings and completely out of touch. Overtime is expected on a regular basis. Not sure how some management managed to get hired when they walk around looking like a deer caught in headlights all day.

      We take feedback from our teams seriously. It's unfortunate you feel that way as we encourage a healthy work-life balance for all our employees. Overtime is not expected of our employees and if it is ever needed it would be compensated accordingly with time off. We often open our daily company huddle meetings to everyone to allow for more communication and it aligns with our Open & Honest Communication.       Pros

      Some people are nice but get walked all over

      Cons

      - benefits you pay out of pocket - no Civic holiday (you work or take a vacation day) - management is more concerned about making money than about their employees - some senior managers are in a certain position not because of what they know but because they have been with the company for a long time - communication is awful. People point fingers at each other and play the blame game - low pay - 2 weeks vacation with only 2 paid emergency days - high turnover rate
