This environment is the epitome of toxic and unsafe. You will be tape recorded by execs w/o your consent (legit, this happened to me) so that they can get away with dangerous behaviors. People have been yelled at, abused, manipulated, gaslighted, so much in this environment and it’s all unfortunately at the very very top. I quit because the mental health strain and stress imposed was unbelievable. I wouldn’t recommend this company in a million years to anyone now that I’ve seen who is actually funding it.

Lots of horrendous things going on behind the scenes of this small startup. Most of the top talent left in 2024 and that's after dealing with things that could have been in the news. This company has a tremendous amount to hide and should be investigated before you decide to join. Be sure to google PulseData before you interview and do yourself the favor of not joining unless you want to end up traumatized (especially if you're a female).
