The founders of quintly are very empathetic, hard-working and inspirational people to work for. They create a culture where you feel safe to do your work and give you the support you need to grow. They have a lot of trust in their employees to do their best work without having to pressure them.
Cons
It's a small company which means you don't have the resources to build everything you'd like to. However, we work surprisingly fast for such a small amount of people.
