      Pros

      They attract great talent. Office is modern and nice in a developing area of town (RINO). Full studio and kitchens in back. Employees get a stipend for a yearly gym membership/ski pass, etc.

      Cons

      The owners here (husband/wife) inspire a culture of fear. They play favorites, make promises that are never kept and are humiliate/degrade employees regularly. There is no HR department and most people are underpaid.

      Pros

      I worked at rabble+rouser as a full time employee for over 2 years. I really enjoyed my time working there! Everyone is very friendly, and the CEO is accessible and cares about your well-being. And unlike most ad agencies, there is a great work-life balance, which is very much reflected in the employee benefits.

      Cons

      The only cons I have from working at r+r is that there was some lack of communication with upper management and the employees. However, I feel this is common in most businesses, and issues would be resolved with a simple conversation.
