Pros

U may get to learn depending on your department

Cons

No job security. You could be fired any day You get salary once every 2-3 months or more and this has been going on for a long time but the management lies about it saying that the financial issues are recent. Management keeps giving you false dates of when the salary will be received. No clear vision and path for the products being developed. The product team keeps doing useless work that is never used. No learning in the product team. The other teams are better in this aspect but not so much. Despite the company being an AI company, the products don’t really use AI, ML or DL, especially Marvin. After the initial technical team of Racetrack left, they have hired incompetent developers who haven’t been able to improve on the products. They hire freshers every year and put them in different departments randomly without telling or asking them beforehand, then fire them if they feel like it. Food is fine, but can be improved

Pros

Sorry I can't find any pros for this place.

Cons

No management as such. Work here without getting paid for months or years may be. Irresponsible CEO and all the VP's. You will loose your mental stability. There is no work life balance. There is no appreciation of your work. There is no appraisal cycle. HR rules and policies do exists but are never followed by so called higher management. Tech team over shows a lot whenever not required even. You will be mentally harassed and tortured. Never ever think even to join this place even if it is the last option for you in the world.

Pros

No good things except free tea which they give trying to retain employees.

Cons

Dont pay salaries on time. They pay one month late so that employees is not leave d compani. Some people salaries are paid in 6 months. Management, CEO is behind politics. Very low grade Real Estate clients who have very small budget to pay, so your learning will not be counted outside. Very bad HR policies. Discrimination with employees. Political environment which management drives.Finance team will have hundred reasons not to giv an employee any finance doc.

Dear Former Employee, Tea isn't as good but coffee is better! We have anyway taken care of that but why is everyone so obsessed with Tea and Coffee? The organisation has way more than that which includes some nice people you can complain to tea about and gossip over it. Plus, there are some really good people to work with too- some genuine industry experts who have been doing marvelous job of keeping Racetrack floating. The salary part is a bit of stretch because there is literally no one whose salary has been delayed that much. Not even close and while we agree that there have been delays, the salaries have always been paid within 25 days- something which we aren't exactly proud of but that has been the biggest stretch till date. Ideally, we would have loved it that you would have stayed by our side through this tough time and now that we are in a safer, secure position, enjoyed the fruits of the hardwork which you put in. Yet, even though you aren't here with Racetrack, we still wish you All the best for your future endeavours. Thanks!
