Pros

Work colleagues (non management) and client base were the only positives.

Cons

Toxic management are extremely incompetent, lazy, under qualified, inexperienced, disinterested in fashion industry & have absolutely no style/understanding of it, either i.e no marketing, outdated embarrassing merchandising. They do not embody the brand. They have only cheapened it & reduced the brand's reputation. Minimum wage. No training. No career progression, they don't promote from within. No clothing allowances except a once off pair of faulty jeans. Roster is not published until a day in advance on a regular basis. Extreme favouritism. Promised hours with no follow through, then ignored/punished for speaking up. You will be forced/pressured to practice unsafe work very fast or risk losing your job i.e lifting near impossible amounts of heavy boxes towered to a ceiling even after advising management you are hesitant to perform the task. Frequently subjected to intimidation & retaliatory aggression. If you value your mental health & have any respect for yourself, run!
