I'm thankful for energy. Good Company. Presence and a high-level consciousness. I admire people who can make me 'feel' alive and here.

Cons

If there are any cons working with this company, I would intimate the same with my management. They are always willing to help me. :)

Wonderful ecosystem to work

Pros

Good Personal growth (technical skills) No barriers in interaction with Management. They would be available anytime to interact on various aspects (work & personal) Many opportunities to interact with client directly (helped me to improve business communication skills) More than everything, the ecosystem would tune every employee (even new employee in few weeks if not days) to give and absorb Frank and straight forward feedback at work. This factor is very much helpful in life as well.

Cons

As company is growing fast, there are few growing pains. Work/ Life balance should be improved
