A good in-between place

Pros

The people are genuinely friendly, and despite some hiccups when the wires get crossed with upper management (which is very disorganized) it's not too stressful of a place to be for a little while.

Cons

High turnover, low pay, the work seems pointless, poor organization, no room for professional growth, high insistence that teamwork is important despite loose-at-best team structure
