Pros

Some of the people you’ll meet and work with are genuine and actively care about the charities cause. Choice of multiple office locations and a nice London hub for in office collaboration. Varied work with the chance to make a real impact to people’s lives

Cons

No career progression. Below market rate salaries. No training. Poor communication between management and staff. Management lack any empathy or respect for staff, unprofessional behaviour displayed by senior leaders including the CEO. Untrustworthy management due to lack of transparency and communication. Lack of focus on diversity and inclusion, no celebration of different cultures or accommodation for staff with various disabilities or neurodivergent conditions. Very dated policies covering the bare minimum in this area. Poor culture and ethics. Overworking of key staff members with unmanageable workloads Poor IT systems support Poor IT equipment provided to staff Benefits are below average and often bare minimum
