      Pros

      Some of the people and a couple supervisors.

      Cons

      They have an office in the back building that's absolutely disgusting. Holes in the floor, wires everywhere, dirty and dusty. They have been promising a move out of there but just keep adding more people. Pay isn't great and unfortunately many of the reps know more than the managers. Parking is bad.

      Pros

      If you're looking for a job in-between jobs come here. Not much oversight. Coworkers are nice.

      Cons

      Turnover here is atrocious. Management is okay in context that after a week or 2 of training if you have to teach yourself how to really do the job due to in-depth training is lacking. Errors in the system rarely get fixed or with the turnover you end correcting the mistakes of newbies quite often.

      The majority of the staff is very nice.

      Cons

      No training to speak of, then they expect you to process on multiple systems completing 50 claims a day..
