Management pushes you to learn new things even if you have to do it at own cost, which is good.
Cons
1) Management : They will hire you for some role then place you in some other role which is just opposite to your studies and also management is very rude. 2) Salary : Anyhow they are paying peanuts for work that we are doing, on top of that once you put down papers just forget that you were even working here. They won't pay you full amount. 3) Girls Safety is 0. I remeber 1 of our colleague met with some unusual situation during work that threatend Girl's safety, but noone took any action on it. 4) Agreement : While joining they take 1 year Bank gurantee from you of Rs 1 Lakh, if we are leaving before 1 year we have to pay Rs 1 Lakh to them. 5) Unclean place 6) Partiality in behaviour with employees on basis of caste. 7) Management always shouting at employees
