      Pros

      Varied work, plenty of it, no networking needed, nice office, friendly people, some nice small touches such as xmas gifts or occasional treats

      Cons

      very poor pay, barely any benefits, high staff turnover means often short staffed, seem unwilling to reward anyone that performs and/or stays a few years.

      You get to do what you do best everyday, the job is challenging, supporting and rewarding. Great like minded people all pulling together and achieving great things. The business is growing and you get the opportunity to be pat of that growth and implement new initiatives.

      Cons

      A new growing business so lots of change. You have to be ready for a challenge.
